The Sheila Hicks Project

Sheila Hicks was asked how many of her small tapestries she had made over the years and she replied "1000's." Following her example, I set out to weave 1000 small tapestries beginning in September 2014. My rule is to weave 25 per year, or one every two weeks, so this project will take 40 years to complete. The project will end in September 2054.
